We will reply promptly to all correspondence, emails, fax and telephone messages. We usually reply immediately we receive your communication. However, during very busy periods, you may meet our call-minder service. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can.

Our computers are protected with a reputable "Fire Wall" and virus checkers. They are updated with the latest virus signatures on a daily basis.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Whilst we have over 250 quizzes available for purchase online or by telephone, we understand that making a purchase online involves a great deal of trust on your part. We take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information you provide.

For your security, World Wide Quiz Supplies Ltd uses industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect every interaction you have with us. This protects your credit card and other personal information. When credit cards or debit cards are submitted through our secure online form, ‘WorldPay’ our third-party credit/debit card processor checks your details against your account information. If information submitted is invalid, WorldPay will not accept the credit/debit card transaction.

When you order by telephone, any credit/debit card details taken by us are shredded immediately after the transaction has been completed. Moreover, if you set up a standing order with us and give your credit card information directly to us on the telephone, not only is the information stored behind a firewall, but we also encrypt the sensitive credit card information to ensure its security at all times.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly, to keep a record of your purchases so that we do not supply a duplicate quiz should you place a subsequent order.

World Wide Quiz Supplies Ltd is not privy to any debit or credit card information from your online purchases.

PRICES

Delivery by email or Fax
If purchased online the price you see is the price you pay.

If purchased by telephone and delivery is to be made by email or fax the price you see on the site is the price you pay.

Postal Deliveries
Any orders received by telephone or post that are to be delivered by post will have a charge of £1.50 for post and packing added if the weight does not exceed 200 grams. Over 200 grams and under 400 grams the extra cost will be £3. Weights above 400 grams will be calculated individually.

DELIVERY

Online Purchases
When purchased online directly from our website, delivery is by immediate download after the payment has been processed. You are automatically taken to a web page where you are able to "right click" and save the quiz to your computer. If you purchase more than one quiz then repeat the "right click" and save for all the purchases listed.

Following this action you will receive an email from WorldPay confirming your purchase and the amount debited from your card, including a Transaction ID.

As an additional comfort and security factor, you will receive an immediate email from us confirming your purchase and a copy of the download addresses in case for whatever reason, you didn't complete the delivery from the website.

Help
In the unlikely event of you having a problem downloading and printing your quiz please email help@quizsupplies.com or ring 01983 401122 and quote the transaction ID.

Advise us of how you would like us to deliver your quiz, either by email or fax and we will despatch it immediately during normal office hours, but certainly within 24 hrs of your communication

Telephone Orders
Quizzes ordered and paid for using a credit/debit card by telephone will delivered immediately by email or fax, or will be posted the same day if your order is received by 12 noon.

Postal Orders
Quizzes ordered by post will normally be despatched immediately by email or fax on the day the order is received. Please allow sufficient time to receive your quiz by post especially around holiday periods.

Cancellation and Returns
Due to the nature of the product we supply it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been despatched. However, if you have a complaint as to the suitability of the questions received for the purpose you intended, we will gladly consider a replacement.
